EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Refunds and Exchanges:

We do not offer refunds or returns, but we are happy to exchange items you are unsatisfied with within 24 hours of receipt. To qualify, the original piece must be in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt. Purchases made during sale days are final and cannot be exchanged.

Shipping Costs:

For any exchanges, including sizing issues, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Damaged or Broken Pieces:

We will replace damaged or broken pieces within 48 hours of receipt if the damage is due to a manufacturing issue on our part.

Repairs:

Odnry is pleased to offer repair services starting at Rs.1000/-, with costs increasing based on the extent of the damage. For online orders, please provide photos of the issue so we can determine the best course of action. Be ready to provide the receipt of your original purchase. Note that discontinued designs cannot be repaired, especially if purchased more than 6 months ago.
